Step 4: After the first meeting, the Venture Catalyst will make relevant introductions and begin supporting you and your startup as needed.

Is there a fee to work with RAIN?

RAIN is grant and donation funded, meaning, we take no payments or equity from entrepreneurs.
It’s free, but we ask you and your Venture Catalyst to sign a support agreement, so we can share your successes with our generous funders.

Commitment?

Do I sign anything to engage with RAIN?

RAIN’s Venture Catalyst’s make a commitment to help you start & scale your business.
In return, we ask that you sign an “Entrepreneur Support Agreement” that outlines our commitment to each other.

Privacy?

How will I know my idea is protected?

RAIN and our network hear hundreds of exciting new innovations a year.
We are skilled at how to help you without revealing your “secret sauce.”
